Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years experience of working with national pharm. distributors (Quatrain) and pharmaceutical networks
  • Marketing planning skills, drafting of commercial offers;
  • Experience in successful negotiations at the level of Decision-Maker.

Responsibilities

  • The main task – full support for clients in charge under current contracts – pharmacy chains, pharm. distributors.
  • Planning of commodity circulation, period budgets, calculation of profitability;
  • Sales planning, monitoring of receivables
  • Coordination and monitoring of assortment matrix according to the categories, establishing news of assortment;
  • Development and coordination of marketing activities, forming marketing calendar, control and analysis of results;
  • Preparation and analysis of sales reports «Sell in», «Sell out»;
  • Conduct negotiations, building relationships with partners;
  • Conduct negotiations on the level of category managers and higher;
  • Negotiating commercial terms as required by the employer;
  • Setting employees tasks, monitoring their implementation;
  • Finding and development of new contractors;
  • Accomplishment of operational tasks of the supervisor.

Requirements

Global Logistics Manager

Requirements

  • Prior experience in multimodal transportation (not less than 2 years)
  • Prior experience in work with China and knowledge of current freight prices (China-European ports), railway (China-Vorsino, Moscow), air, auto (general cargo, separate cars Europe-Lithuania, Europe-Lithuania-Russia; Europe-Russia)
  • Prior experience in customs clearing of import is required
  • Knowledge of documents package necessary for customs clearing

  2. Dispatch and consolidation planning, control over each stage of transportation (from the moment of shipment from the factory to the moment of receipt to the warehouse)

  5. Preparation of documents for Russian customs clearing
